Construction and Completion

Our Construction Management approach is to seamlessly integrate with engineering and procurement to construct our customer’s projects safely, per design, on time and within budget. Early involvement for constructability, design safety, construction driven planning, contractor selection, site logistics, safety planning and start up are key elements of our success. During the construction phase we continuously manage compliance of contractors to key success criteria including safety, quality, cost, schedule compliance, turnover and coordination with other team members.
