Chemtex’s general construction approach is to team with strategic partners whose core business is construction.  By doing so, maximum value can be realized by our customers as risk is passed to the organization best equipped to manage it and with Chemtex integrated into the construction management organization, single point responsibility can still be offered. Chemtex has in place strategic construction partnerships in the Middle East, the USA, Europe, India and China.

Our construction management approach is to seamlessly integrate with engineering and procurement to meet, or exceed, or customer’s expectations regarding cost, safety, quality and schedule.  Early involvement for constructability, design safety, scheduling, contractor selection, site logistics, safety planning, hand-over and start-up are key elements of our success.  

During the construction phase we continuously manage compliance of contractors to key success criteria including safety, quality, cost, schedule compliance, turnover and co­ordination with other team members.
