We help PTA manufacturers to meet stringent effluent quality regulations, by extracting the cobalt from their waste water streams and returning it to the main PTA process as a valuable catalyst. With three modular plants built in Indonesia, Poland and China and two operating at full capacity, we have a well-established and mature process. The process is based on adsorption of the cobalt on special molecular sieves followed by re-generation; the basic engineering is tailored to suit individual customer needs to meet local effluent regulations. Besides supply of the entire package, our experienced field support services ensure smooth start-up and demonstration of performance guarantees.
